Ich habe mir vorgenommen, dieses Jahr häufiger den Fischmarkt zu besuchen. Für Nicht-Hamburger: Man kann dort auch Fische kaufen, aber das ist wirklich nicht alles. Zum Fischmarkt gehört auch die Live-Musik in der historischen Fischauktionshalle. In den letzten Jahren habe ich einige Gigs fotografiert und auch die Fans der Halle kennen gelernt.
I intend to visit the Fish Market more frequently this year. An note of explanation to my visitors from abroad: You can buy fish there, of course, but that is not all. Live music in the historical former Fish Auction Hall is an integral part of those Sunday mornings.
Over the last few years I have covered several gigs there and met with the fans of the hall.
